The Business Council of New York State has recognized State Sen. Mike Nozzolio as one of the top pro-jobs supporters in the state legislature as part of its 2011 Voters' Guide.

- Enhancements to the Excelsior Jobs Program to expand tax credits for the creation of new private sector jobs.
