Christopher M. Concert, 25, of 106 E. Maple Ave., was arrested on charges of DWI, DWI with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree in connection with the wreck, which happened Friday at 1:23 a.m. on State Route 104 in Williamson.

A Williamson man is facing multiple charges, including driving while intoxicated, following a one-car wreck in which the vehicle struck several small trees and ended up in a ditch.

Christopher M. Concert, 25, of 106 E. Maple Ave., was arrested on charges of DWI, DWI with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree in connection with the wreck, which happened Friday at 1:23 a.m. on State Route 104 in Williamson. Concert also was ticketed for failure to keep right and moving from lane unsafely.

Concert was traveling east on SR 104 when he drove off the north side of the road, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported. When deputies arrived at the scene of the wreck, they reported finding Concert’s vehicle in the ditch and him standing alongside the road.

Deputies determined that Concert was drunk at the time and driving with a suspended license, the Sheriff’s Office reported. His BAC was measured at .13 percent.

Concert was released with the traffic citations and is scheduled to appear before the Town of Williamson Court at a later date.
