The man charged after a fatal crash in Livingston County, where a truck crashed into a home, killing a baby, has pleaded guilty.

Livingston County District Attorney Greg McCaffrey says Tracy Abbott pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the second degree. He will serve four months of weekend jail and five years' probation. He will also not be allowed to operate a motorized vehicle.

In September 2014, Abbott's pick-up truck went off the road and through the wall of a home in Dansville. Four-month-old Calin Fly was hit and fatally injured. He died days later in Strong Memorial Hospital.

Abbott was known to suffer from seizures, prosecutors said, and he drove despite knowing his medical condition.
