The landscape and installation firm Zaretsky and Associates Inc. has announced the recipients of its 11th annual Vendor Appreciation Awards, chosen for their outstanding service and commitment.

Award winners receive a certificate and a donation on their behalf to The Nature Conservancy.

"In an era where poor service has often become the rule, we want to take the time to recognize what sadly has become the exception — excellent service," Bruce Zaretsky said in a press release. "These companies have gone out of their way to support our business operations and to provide top notch attention."

The 2011 winners were S.J. Green and the staff of Northern Nurseries, Fairport; Ralph Condino, of Monroe Roadways, Fairport; and the staff of Santelli Lumber, Palmyra.
