According to hospital officials, a motorcyclist who suffered critical injuries on Saturday after he was struck by an SUV on Empire Boulevard, in Penfield, has died.
Monroe County Sheriff's deputies say Anthony Steimer Jr., 31, of Ontario, struck an SUV with his motorcycle around 2 p.m. on Saturday.
The driver of the SUV was 72-year-old Richard Morales, of Webster, who was attempting to cross Empire Blvd. when he pulled in front of Steimer.
Steimer was then taken to Strong Memorial Hopsital and died of his injuries Monday.
