Canandaigua, N.Y. —
A Rochester man was charged Feb. 19 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, said Canandaigua City Police.
Alan P. Lott, 27, of 17 Miller St., was stopped for speeding and was found to allegedly be in possession of 2.6 grams of cocaine and a digital scale, police said.
He was released on an appearance ticket.
