The Penfield-Webster Rotary Club will accept entries for its second annual "Snow Much Fun" softball tournament, scheduled for Jan. 28 at Webster Town Hall, 1000 Ridge Road in Webster.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the club's literacy project.
Last year's inaugural event welcomed 80 athletes and spectators who played and cheered for their favorite teams in six inches of snow.
"Our first event exceeded expectations, so we have moved to a bigger space," said tournament organizer Derek Meixell, in a press release. "The tournament is really a lot of fun; last year we felt like school kids playing outside during a snow day."
The registration fee is $200 for a team of 10-15 players, or $20 for individuals if registered before Jan. 23. The fee also includes a continental breakfast and lunch.
Each team must have 10-15 athletes, including at least two female players.
